How can I manage another person's mailbox?

Log into the manager's mailbox go to Tools - Options - Delegates and delegate someone to manage your account.

Then log into the 'delegates' mailbox/outlook, go to Tools - Account Settings - More - Advanced - Add the managers' mailbox to your profile.


How do I find a shared Calendar?

To share a calendar, simply right click on it, and go to sharing permissions.  To connect to a shared calendar, click on the tab (along the left) called CALENDAR and there is a choice there "connect to shared calendar".
